Return, Refund, Cancellation Policy
RETURN:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase. Please take a photo of your receipt or proof of purchase and send it to Support@NutraNeo.com when requesting a return.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If you wish to initiate a return after delivery, the item must be sent back in its original condition and packaging. All approved returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund to cover processing, handling, and quality assurance costs.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Please note that return shipping fees are not guaranteed to be covered by us, unless specified.
REFUNDS:
Results-Based Refund Eligibility
NutraNeo offers refunds only to customers who can demonstrate genuine product use and adherence to the recommended protocol, yet did not experience the intended results. Refunds will not be issued for orders that were delivered or delivered later than expected, accidental or mistaken purchases, change of mind, or dissatisfaction unrelated to product performance.
To be eligible for a results-based refund, customers must provide reasonable proof of consistent product usage and lifestyle effort (as outlined in product instructions), including but not limited to usage duration, adherence confirmation, and supporting documentation if requested. Refunds are granted at NutriNeo’s sole discretion after review. Simply receiving the product does not qualify for a refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

CANCELLATION:
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours from the time of checkout.
After this 24-hour window, orders are processed and prepared for shipment.
Once an item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.

Please note that customer service is not available on weekends. Requests received during weekends will be reviewed on the next business day, and we cannot guarantee that a cancellation can be processed immediately during this time.
We will do our best to assist you within the allowed cancellation period.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Support@NutraNeo.com. Allow 24–72 hours for us to evaluate your case and determine the appropriate resolution.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD:
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.
To be eligible for a return under this policy, your item must be in the same condition as received, unused and unopened, in its original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase or receipt. Please include a photo of your receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.
